Singapore · Neighbourhood pilot

Everyday needs.
Better
together.

Bring neighbours together for services, group purchases and shared activities—all through WhatsApp.

A cleaner home. Everyday essentials. A class nearby. HeyNeighbour is testing a simpler way to gather interest, compare vendor offers and organise the details, with AI doing the follow-up.

What neighbours can organise

More possibilities,
closer to home.

These are examples of needs the pilot is designed around. Availability depends on vendor coverage, confirmed terms and completed testing.

Home services & repairs

Cleaning, air-con servicing, plumbing and everyday repairs.

Everyday group purchases

Groceries, household essentials and pet supplies.

Classes & shared activities

Enrichment, classes and activities neighbours can join together.

Bespoke home projects

Curtains, grilles and carpentry, with individual scope and quotations.

The pilot journey

Less chasing.
More clarity.

A simple journey from an idea to a confirmed arrangement. The full WhatsApp experience is still being tested before public opening.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need.

Describe the service, product or activity you have in mind. Nearby interest can be pooled into a shared request.

Showing interest is not a booking.

  2. 02

    Review a clear quote.

Check the vendor, scope, price and conditions before deciding. A group request does not guarantee a lower price or availability.

    Your confirmation matters.

  3. 03

    Confirm what works for you.

Review the relevant appointment, delivery, collection or class arrangements. Confirm your participation and follow updates through the same conversation.

    Residents pay the vendor directly.

AI-assisted. Neighbour-focused.

Less organising.
More living.

You tell HeyNeighbour what you need. AI helps gather the details and coordinate the next steps.

For residents: one conversation for enquiries, offers and booking updates. You review the price and terms before committing.

For vendors: a separate conversation for requirements, quotations and arrangements. Quotes and commitments need your confirmation.

Relevant details help the conversation move forward without starting from scratch. Private resident and vendor conversations stay separate.

How information is handled

Good to know

A few things,
upfront.

Can I book a service now?

Public bookings are not open. The WhatsApp connections, service workflow and operating arrangements are still being validated. This information page explains the pilot while activation and testing continue.

Does HeyNeighbour provide the service or goods?

HeyNeighbour coordinates requests, group offers and bookings. The selected vendor supplies the service, goods or activity and is responsible for fulfilment and the agreed terms.

Does a group request guarantee savings?

No. Any offer depends on the vendor’s confirmed scope, terms and availability. Review the actual quote before committing.

What if an issue cannot be resolved in WhatsApp?

Human support is available through the contact page. You may also ask for a person in your conversation. We’ll reply to your support email within two days. This pilot is not an emergency service.

One simple idea

Just WhatsApp HeyNeighbour.
Tell it what you need.

We’re preparing the pilot. Public WhatsApp bookings are not open yet.
